Refund Policy

Clients have 15 days from the date of the invoice to request a refund with following exceptions:

1. Clearance products are final sale and not eligible for refund.
2. Custom products where client provided custom specifications for the product are not eligible for refund.

A 35% restocking fee applies to all eligible and approved refunds with the following exception:

1. 10 or less boxes of Tile & Stone products will be charged 50% restocking fee.

All returned items are required to be in original condition client received them in to qualify for refund.
